After the wedding:

To see your photos online you will need a broadband internet connection. I will send you a link to your personal section of my website were your photos will be presented in a 'flash' show which will have all the photos numbered (KRP_xxxx) and you can choose what you want to have in your album. The location of the images in my site will be sent to you by an email link that you just click on.

Choosing the images is best done by indicating two lists to me.

1 - The photos that you MUST HAVE

2 - The photos that you DONT WANT

This will then leave a third group of photos that I 'MAY USE' in the album design, I then work with these lists using the 'MUST HAVE' along with many of the 'MAY USE' images.

 

For those that are NOT 'into' computers or don't have access to a broadband connection:

You can call to my studio where you can see your photographs and make your decisions with me. This requires you to make some time available, and can be done during the day or evening.

A broadband connection is necessary, and an e-mail address Click to get a GMAIL e-mail address here free. The range of software used in the preparation of your album that you need to have includes Adobe Flash player to view your private preview galleries online. A link to you private gallery will be emailed to you, which I suggest that you share with discretion, as the photos will have less impact in the album if everyone has seen them online. This is a viewer that will play slide shows of your images on screen so that you can view your photographs at home in your own time. This is a 1.5MB download.

Also you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is already in many computers) to view and print the 'contact sheet' numbered reference pages that I will supply you with to help in choosing you favourite images. You can make notes etc. on these pages. PLEASE always refer to images by the KRP_xxxx number sequence.

Both applications are free.

The 'contact sheet' sets are usually over 5MB  to download and are either emailed to you or, if your email address won't accept large attachments, uploaded by me to a sharing site SENDUIT.COM where you MUST download them during the 7 days from time of my upload. The link to your senduit file will be emailed to you. Senduit.com is a free service.

For those of you who purchase a copy of your wedding images on a disk I recommend that you download Picasa (from here, 6MB) to do all you photo stuff in your computer. This is also a free software and very simple to use.
